This Privacy Policy explains how Almaril Tech LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating the Plain Street service ("Plain Street," "we," "us," "our"), handles personal information when you visit https://plainstreet.co (the "Website"), create an account, subscribe to our services, request a free resource, or contact us.
We are the controller of the personal information described in this Policy. You can reach us at:

This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions of Service and Website Terms of Use.
We collect information you provide directly, information created when you use our services, and a limited amount collected automatically.

| Communications & support | Emails and messages you send us, and any information you choose to include in them (for example, screenshots or settings). |
| Marketing | Your email address and how you found us (for example, via a free resource you requested), plus basic engagement data such as email opens, where permitted. |
| Technical | IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and server logs, collected automatically when you use the Website. |
Sign-in via third parties. If you register or sign in using a third-party identity provider (for example, Google), we receive basic profile information from that provider — typically your name and email address — which we use only to create and secure your account. Your use of the identity provider is governed by its own privacy policy.
We use personal information for the following purposes. Where laws such as the EU/UK GDPR apply, the legal basis for each purpose is shown in parentheses.
We do not process your personal information for other purposes without your consent.
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed (see also "No Data Monetization" below):
These providers are bound by contract to use your information only to provide their services to us. We may also share or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We sell software, not data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information; we do not use it for advertising; we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising; and we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence models. We have not sold or shared personal information, as those terms are defined under applicable US state privacy laws, in the preceding twelve (12) months. Your information exists to run your subscription — and for no other purpose.
If you choose to route strategy alerts to third-party automation tools, brokers, or prop-firm accounts, you do so through services that you select, configure, and contract with directly. Those connections are governed entirely by the privacy policies and agreements of those third parties. We are not a party to them, we do not operate them, and we do not receive the data that flows through them. You stay in control of your accounts at all times.
The strategies process market data, not your personal information, and all trading decisions are made or authorized by you, as described in our Terms. We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you, and we do not use it for profiling for marketing or advertising purposes. Any usage analysis we perform (for example, understanding which strategies are most used) serves only to operate and improve the service.
The Website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. Essential cookies are required for the site to function. Where we use analytics, we aim to use privacy-respecting tools that minimize personal data collection. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality. Where consent for non-essential cookies is required by law, we will ask for it.
Most browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") setting. Because no uniform standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, there is no "sale" or "sharing" to opt out of via preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
We are based in the United States, and our service providers process information primarily in the United States. If you access our services from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or elsewhere, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your home country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (for providers certified under it) and Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the services. After that, we retain certain records for as long as required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, chargeback, and dispute-resolution purposes — typically up to seven years for billing and tax records — and then delete or anonymize them. Records of access grants and enforcement actions (for example, removals for account sharing) may be retained longer where needed to protect our legal rights.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on our systems. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your own account credentials confidential.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. To make any request, email support@plainstreet.co. We will need to verify your identity before acting — we will only use the information you provide in a request for verification, security, and fraud-prevention purposes — and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (within one month for GDPR requests).
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to access your personal information; to have it corrected or erased; to restrict or object to certain processing (including direct marketing, to which you can object at any time); to receive a copy in a portable format; and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting prior processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority (in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner).
If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to access and correct it, to request deletion, to receive a copy, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising, no opt-out is required for those activities. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof that the agent is validly authorized. If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing support@plainstreet.co; we will respond in writing with the reasons for our decision, and if your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to your state attorney general.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in each email or by contacting us; we may still send you service-related messages necessary for the administration of your account.
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and we will communicate significant changes to you directly by email or through the Website before they take effect. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
