I didn't start out as a trader. I worked my way up as an entrepreneur in data analytics and developing enterprise software for data science. After selling my business shares, I dipped my toe into the trading waters. At first, I was just as lost as everyone else. Revenge trading after a loss. Doubling down to "make it all back". Hopping strategies. Joining Discords and signal groups. Hell, even insanely expensive 1-on-1 mentorship calls. I blew plenty of accounts (luckily only prop firm ones) and lost a good chunk of money along the way. If you've been there, you probably know exactly how it feels to be stuck in this phase.
Then I made a full 180 pivot and applied everything I learned in data analytics and software engineering to build my own strategies. The research, the ideas, the rules, the entries and exits, the automation system.
